MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Membership Qualification and Acceptance
Membership in BCA is subject to a qualification process. We reserve the right to review all applications and may, in our sole discretion, accept or decline any applicant. Membership is not active until you have passed the qualification process and your initial payment has been processed.
2. Membership Term and Automatic Renewal
Initial Term. All memberships are for a fixed term of twelve (12) months (the “Initial Term”) starting from the date of acceptance.
Automatic Renewal. Upon expiration of the Initial Term, your membership will automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month periods (each a “Renewal Term”) unless you provide notice of non-renewal or cancellation as set forth in Section 3.
Renewal Notice. BCA will notify you via email at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of your current term
to inform you of the upcoming renewal and any changes to membership dues.
3. Cancellation and Termination
Cancellation Notice. You may cancel your membership at any time, including mid-term, by providing thirty (30) days’ prior written notice.

Effective Date. Cancellation becomes effective thirty (30) days after our receipt of your written notice. You remain responsible for all dues incurred through the effective date of cancellation.
4. Fees and Refund Policy
All membership dues and fees are non-refundable, including in the event of mid-term cancellation. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the term, unless otherwise stated in writing by BCA.
5. Confidentiality
Members may be exposed to confidential business information. Members agree not to disclose, share, reproduce, or misuse any confidential information obtained through BCA or other members outside the group, except with the express permission of the owner of such information or as required by law
6. Limitation of Liability
General Disclaimer. BCA is not responsible for business outcomes, disputes between members, or services provided by individual members.
Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate l iability of BCA, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and representatives for any claims arising out of or related to your membership shall be limited to an amount equal to one (1) month of your current membership dues. No Indirect Damages. In no event shall BCA be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

9. Electronic Acceptance
By clicking a checkbox or otherwise indicating acceptance of these Terms during signup, onboarding, or payment, you agree that such action constitutes your electronic signature and acceptance of these Terms, and that it is legally binding to the same extent as a handwritten signature.
