Andrew Scott Kube Sr. is the founder and Managing Member of U.S. Commercial & Business Capital (USCBC), a nationwide commercial lending firm built around a powerful and often overlooked opportunity: the ability for profitable business owners to purchase their own commercial real estate with no money down. Born in Charlottesville and raised in Culpeper, Virginia, Andrew has spent nearly three decades in the lending industry helping business owners and entrepreneurs access the capital they need to grow.
Andrew entered the mortgage industry in 1996, building his expertise in residential lending before developing the skills and lender relationships needed to serve commercial clients. Over the course of his career he has trained hundreds of loan officers and managed the state of Virginia for H&R Block Mortgage, before founding Mid-Atlantic Commercial Capital and ultimately U.S. Commercial & Business Capital. Today, his firm operates nationwide with a team of lending specialists and a network of more than 100 lenders, enabling him to shop each client’s file across the market and find the optimal program for their specific deal.
